A dry white wine blend with upfront stone fruit flavours and a fresh citrus finish. The alcohol is reduced to below 0.5% alc/vol.
The fruit was crushed, de-stemmed and immediately fined and clarified. Fermentation was carried out at cool temperatures to retain maximum fruit characters.
