TASTING NOTES

A full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. Expect a balance of rich, red berry fruit flavours and well-integrated tannins. The alcohol in this wine is reduced to below 0.5% alc/vol.The fruit was crushed to red fermenters where it was fermented on oak, at cooler temperatures of 18 – 22C for 5 – 7 days.

Red berries, with typical Cabernet herbaceous notes.

Palate:

Upfront blackcurrant fruit, prune and herbal notes. Well integrated oak and soft tannins, giving good palate length.
